The BODYREACH training programs are separate to the ongoing community support and are on a pay-as-you need basis. In terms of the training, we have a variety of themed programmes to match your specific goals and personal circumstances. The customised training programmes can be undertaken within your home environment with or without equipment or are gym based. The duration of each bespoke training programme ranges from 6-12 weeks subject to the individual’s commitment and progress rate, and are purchased on an individual basis (£30 per program).


Following the purchase of a training program you have the option to add-on affordable on-going accountability and support through our private BODYREACH Facebook community - sharing and learning from other BODYREACH journey makers! This additional and valuable resource costs an extra £9.99-£14.99 (subject to the chosen package - nutrition, training or both) and can also include exercise technique tutorials, strength test seminars, progression check-in (bi-monthly). Therefore enabling you to safely assess your foundational capabilities, understand your strength profile and ultimately develop muscle shape quicker!


The BODYREACH tutorials also outline the form rules associated with each exercise type to ensure safe (injury free) application, maximise your personal development potential (achieving personal bests) and enable relevant level competition with your friends within and outside the BODYREACH community.


Following the successful completion of your chosen themed training programme phase, you will advance to the next stage where the level of difficulty increases to ensure that you are not only safely and consistently progressing in terms of strength, athleticism and capability, but also providing you with new stimulus/puzzle for your body to adapt, solve, improve and thrive. The diversity of exercises assigned to each training programme also adds versatility and freshness to each training session which prevents boredom and ensures that you technically improve across all exercise groups.


After the successful completion of the pre-programmed phases you have the opportunity to switch to a tailored program design for £69.99, developed by BODYREACH in partnership with you to match your lifestyle and specific goals (for example more exercises directed toward the glute muscles to further sculpt your clay!).


BODYREACH’s training programs and/or the nutrition starter package are equivalent to the cost of 9-12 cups of coffee. I spend an intangible, but certainly worth it, £70 or so per month on a daily coffee from Starbucks/Costa. Perception is everything! The monthly membership of our BODYREACH community is equivalent to only three cups of coffee!

Overview

Greek God

A three times a week BODYREACH gym workout regime with a progressive fourth session focusing on all the muscle groups that make a man, a man! Strong boulder shoulders, protruding traps, thick arms and bulky quads. These muscle groups will have the lion’s share of the volume. Be prepared to hit those arms on a regular basis and feel OKAY about it…you have our approval. This BODYREACH program has three phases (all sold separately) with each stage lasting 6-12 weeks.


Greek Goddess


A three times a week BODYREACH gym workout regime with a progressive fourth session to develop the key female muscle groups that enhance and accentuate the female hourglass shape, including the glutes, abdominals, deltoids, and bingo wings. A lower emphasis is placed on the quads (as most women do not want bigger thighs) chest, back, and biceps. This program is for women who want to lift weights, but with the focus on looking more like a lady than ever. This BODYREACH program has three phases (all sold separately) with each stage lasting 6-12 weeks.


Three Phased Home-Gym Transition Male

A three times a week Home-to-Gym workout regime designed by BODYREACH for men who initially lack in exercising confidence, but want to build an overall more muscular and athletic physique without the discomfort / concerns of visiting a gym. This three phased regime provides you with simplified workouts (both in terms of equipment and effectiveness) where you initially start-off with no equipment (cheaper), followed by the second phase acquisition of a barbell (links provided) offering greater exercise versatility, improved results (due to the new stimulus) combined with improvements on technical aspects. The third phase is the gym transition where the benefits mentioned previously in phase two are further enhanced.  At the gym transition phase, you will be confident, technically adept, stronger and athletic; prepared to enter the gym with a good solid foundation of knowledge gained through the previous phases! Each phase lasts 6-12 weeks and all are sold separately.

Wonder Mums

A  three times a week Home workout regime designed by BODYREACH for new Mums with minimal free time, disposable income, energy, motivation and/or core strength! This program keeps things simplified and basic with the motto of ‘getting moving, getting mobile’. The three sessions’ focuses are on toning the body as a whole and increasing functionality, fitness and of course core strength/mobility. Based on your spare income Vs variety of exercise selection preference a three equipment choice (bodyweight, TRX or dumbbell’s) option is offered, and can be purchase in progressive order of bodyweight, TRX and weights. Therefore enabling periodic investment in the necessary equipment over the duration of the training period. The routines are challenging, but enjoyable with the key objective of getting you started on your transformation journey towards a lean, hot Momma figure to be immensely proud of! This BODYREACH program has three phases (all sold separately) with each stage lasting 4-6 weeks.


Super Dads

A three times a week Home workout regime designed by BODYREACH for busy Dads who have minimal free time, energy, disposable income and/or motivation. The programmes are devised to improve muscle size, shape and strength; ultimately enhancing your body composition. The programmes are simplified full body workouts with a three equipment choice option based on your spare income Vs variety of exercise selection preference, and can be purchased in progressive order of bodyweight, TRX and weights. This approach ensures that investment in equipment is spread over the training period. All routines are challenging, but enjoyable with the key objective of getting you started on your transformation journey towards a well-balanced, ‘lean and mean’ Dad physique. This BODYREACH program has three phases (all sold separately) with each stage lasting 4-6 weeks.


Muscle Build Foundations Male


A three times a week beginner Gym based workout regime designed by BODYREACH focuses on all the major compound (double joint) movements with the aim of building a solid and robust foundation of muscle mass effectively and efficiently. This objective is achieved through an exercise balance of 80% compound (double joint) movements and 20% covering isolation (single joint) exercises. This is the ‘meat and potato’ of your initial muscle growth newbie gain phase – an exciting transforming stage! Each phase gets incrementally harder involving more sets, reps, exercises and workouts to further develop and hone your physique. Each phase lasts 6-12 weeks and is purchased separately.

Tailored Training Plan

This plan allows you to have a programme specifically designed for your body structure, composition and goals! You can let BODYREACH know your key target areas to sculpt and build (such as extra work on the glutes AKA a peachy bum for example) or work around due to certain injuries/ impingements. Through consultation with you, BODYREACH will develop a tailored goal driven regime focussed on achieving your ideal physique! The tailored plans can be purchased for a £69.99 one-off fee, with subsequent adaptations / refinements to your bespoke programme costing £34.99. Subscribers tend to fine tune the plan every 6-12 weeks.


Partner Plans

Customised Partner Plans cost £52, saving £17.50 compared to purchasing two separate programmes. By working in combination with BODYREACH and a partner improves the likelihood of you and your partner succeeding on your respective transformation journeys through mutual support and a little bit of ‘friendly’ competition! The lower cost is also an added benefit.
